Eden Gardens State park is a beautifully restored mansion plus the surrounding grounds. And I am pretty sure that is what Heaven is. It was incredibly beautiful. I may have cried.
We got there just as a tour was about to start. And because we aren’t crazy, we decided that Clara and I would do the tour, while the rest of the party went and explored.
The tour was about 20 minutes long and we were, unfortunately, not permitted to take any photos of the inside of the house. But let me tell you what, it was a beautiful house, filled with some incredible antiques. But let’s be honest…THE GROUNDS!!!
Clara and I wandered around for a bit, drooling. And then we decided that we should probably reunite with the rest of the fam and we went to find them. As we walked, we found this very friendly palm leaf. It was just so darn happy to see us đŸ˜‰
Eventually we found the rest of the crew, and we all wandered around for a little bit longer, including down by the bayou on the grounds. And then we decided to eat our lunches.
Then , I insisted on some more time wandering the grounds.
Best abenture ever. Basically, it was heavenly.
Sarah thought Logan was Jonas for a moment.
Ezra did not. He says Logan looks the same. Hi Jonas and Clara!
