After a busy few day and traveling from Atlanta, we were very happy to have a low key Sunday. We went to church and just rested.
And one of the really fantastic parts of this particular place is that it has a fully fenced backyard. The yard isn’t big. But the kids have spent SO much time out there. Which is really awesome. Cause the AirBnb is only 1300 sqft.
Birthday Celebration
On Monday, we spent a lot of the day trying to get settled in: Costco, organizing clothes, and all the other things.
In the evening, to round off Jonathan’s Birthday celebration, we went to Red Robin for dinner, which is a perennial favorite. And, to no one’s surprise, the freckled lemonade and the Mac and cheese were very popular. (They are, objectively, amazing)
The shopping center where the Red Robin is located has a park in the middle of the parking lot. Which, I think, is a super cool idea. And so after eating, we decided to let the kids run around for a bit.
At one point, Jonathan, Clara, and Logan wandered over to the bookstore across the way.
After allowing the kids kids to burn off some energy at the park, we came home and chucked everyone in bed.
And with that, we have completed birthday celebrations!
